Fee Policy
Table 1 is showing our fee policy for the paid job placement service. However, we may make a special arrangement based on individual contract.

The consumption tax is not included in the above fees as they will be added separately;

The shown fee is the fee for one personnel per one job placement.
Refund Policy
We have a refund policy as the quality assurance of our paid job placement service. If a person who gets a job that introduced by us leaves the Recruiter within 3 months after the job placement due to his/her own circumstances, or if he/she terminates the employment contract due to dismissal based on his/her responsibility. Then we will refund the following percentage of the employment placement service fee received by the us to the Recruiter with the following conditions:

If the employment contract ends less than 1 month after the job placement: 80%;

If the employment contract ends within 1 to 3 months after the job placement: 50%.
However, IMS mays make a special arrangement based on individual contract.
